Sales Support Specialist II

Location: Atlanta, GA

The Sales Support Specialist II will be responsible for promoting product line success.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assists in the development and oversees the implementation of policies and procedures.

• Utilizes various software packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and SharePoint to produce high quality presentations and documents.

· ·Proactive and able to assess needs, prioritize tasks, determine urgency and move things forward with little to no guidance

• Evaluates and recommends changes in procedures or methods in areas that affect the sales support team.

• Audits inquiries and phone calls to ensure compliance.

• Coordinates training and communication of procedure changes for sales assistants and sales representatives.

• Completes projects as requested by sales directors.

• Directly supports the Sales Managers in the regions assigned in the acquisition of new business, in such activities as open enrollment meetings, administrative projects and support team activities.

Qualifications:

• Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years related sales/marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
