Job Description:
As a Project Manager with Crowe, you will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects while ensuring goals and objectives are being kept. This position is responsible for the execution of the project and ensure that timely delivery of the solution is within scope and budget. Additionally, the Project Manager will maintain standards, monitor scope with project quality and track project health to ensure customer satisfaction.Pre-Sales:
- Pre-sales scoping, supporting other SAs/Sr. Consultants, for any inbound leads given from management
- Documenting business requirements, functional requirements & technical requirements in a pre-sales environment to generate a Scope of Work
- Working with Practice Director(s) in resourcing sold Scopes of Work
Project Delivery:
- Work closely with key stakeholders (internal & client facing) to capture business needs, define requirements for the scoped work and clearly outline the affected business processes
- Fully solution scopes of work that meet business needs in a clear and cohesive manner
- Lead project implementations by:
- Working with Project Manager(s) to make sure complete solution is inside of Mission Control (MC) and ready to be passed off with enough information for resources to properly deliver
- Engage with Analysts and Developers on all project actions to make sure project questions are answered and internal blockers are quickly resolved
- Work with Project Manager(s) to make sure project delivery is on track
- Communicate with client on updates, consultative information and project information as needed
- Provide final QA of all work prior to client QA
- Assume responsibility for the success of the project end-to-end by working in a positive, pro-active and efficient way with internal and external team members
- Identify issues (internal and/or external) and communicate to proper teammates or management to find resolution. This includes but is not limited to:
- Hour Overage
- Internal Bugs
- Client Difficulties/Project Engagement/Dissatisfaction
- Timeline/Delivery/Process Issue
- Deliver projects on time and on budget
- Create change orders or additional SOWs for out of scope items
- Provide clear direction and communication for both internal and external parties
Post Sales: (Project Wrap Up, Managed Services, On-Going Support)
- Obtain proper sign-off from client on completed project
- Work with client to continue engagement with new projects, on-going support or hours block(s)
- Developing a clear roadmap of new initiatives for discussion with client
- For clients who engage in on-going support:
- Work with Project Manager(s) to solution work out to analysts
- Conduct weekly standups with client
- Provide hours updates and clear communication on all action statuses and progress
- Work with Project Manager(s) on approvals for hours overages, when applicable
Daily Expectations:
- Work autonomously and with a team, maintaining very high quality of work
- Maintain 75-90% billable rate weekly (as long as work is available) while keeping and logging your time daily in Mission Control
- Utilize excellent problem-solving and investigative skills
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Be open and honest, give and receive feedback in a professional manner and always be an approachable resource for all employees.
- Follow and maintain best practices for working with data and overall company policies and procedures
- Be flexible in working with different teams, individuals & personality types, while maintaining an impeccable level of customer service
- Assist in an Analyst role or any other capacity on a project when needed or in a special circumstance where additional help is needed
- Commit to time frames and deliverables but understand and demonstrate flexibility when things may come up or change
- Maintain a positive attitude and communication with all internal and external employees, clients and vendors to sustain & enhance collaborative relationships
- Use proper communication channels for all internal work (i.e. Slack, Gmail, Chatter, Phone, In-Person meeting)
- Travel as necessary (less than 30%)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,600 to $134,400.
