What We Need:

We are looking for a Scheduler to join our HBF team in Hickory, North Carolina!

What You Will Do:

• PreWork Responsibilities to include releasing orders to be scheduled.
• Liaison between client experience, supply chain, and production
• Evaluate demand and determine capacity including sequencing and bucketizing of schedules.
• Finalize and print/distribute schedules
• Track and update metrics
• Perform root cause analysis on variation and implement process improvement where warranted.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.

What You Have:

• Previous office experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environment gaining familiarity with production/process flow, models and machinery.
