The Position: We are looking for a Scheduler to schedule the hourly work force in all departments in Steelmaking, Raw Materials, Barge Dock, Stockers, and Maintenance departments.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule the hourly work force in all departments in Steelmaking, Raw Materials, Barge Dock, Stockers, and Maintenance departments on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with other scheduling personnel.
• Make PeopleSoft entries weekly.
• Maintain employee files.
• Produce production reports and distribute.
• Provide backup for the Rod Mill and Wire Mill schedulers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be capable of using personal computers and Microsoft software and possess basic typing skills.
• Must be capable of learning to use the PeopleSoft system.
• Must be organized and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.
• Must be assertive and goal oriented, self-starter with positive attitude.
• Must be capable of interfacing with personnel from other departments and ISWA personnel.

PAY RANGE: $38,914 - $48,642
