Now seeking Customer Service Representatives for a local client that focuses on Financial Services!
This is a seasonal position that will last for a few months during tax season.
Hours vary, must be open between (8:00a-6:00p) Mon-Fri. Schedule will consist of 6-7 hours a day.
Pay: $15
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Direct all calls to proper departments
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good customer service skills
- Data Entry
- Basic knowledge in computers
- Strong phone contact handling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
