Seasonal Fragrance Specialist

Mission:

Seasonal Fragrance Specialist will assist the Store Sales Team in creating an unforgettable experience for the customer. The seasonal specialist is hired through CoWorx to sell the Puig Portfolio of brands to achieve/exceed fragrance goals set by the Puig Sales Management Team. We have stellar brands that this person will get to be the face of this holiday season in select locations for Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier and Paco Rabanne.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with customers and determine their needs for holiday shopping

Empower customers to experience the fragrance through brand story-telling, product knowledge, and by expressing their passion for the fragrance

Deliver a welcoming and personal experience that allows shoppers to understand the emotional component of fragrances and how a specific scent/bottle can be the perfect gift for their loved ones

Recruit new customers and build relationships through excellent customer service

Support the set-up, breakdown, and all aspects of execution for all Puig Fragrance initiatives, such as merchandise standards set by Puig and store guidelines. This also includes, sampling, events, holiday in-posts, and gifting

Maintain inventory of testers and products. Ensure a variety of fragrance testers are always present on counter and accessible to clients

Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of fragrance displays and back-stock

Assist in creating and executing and ongoing gift box assortment and programming

Share relevant customer feedback with the Puig Sales Management Team to make helpful recommendations for sales success

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Always maintain professional image that follows Puig and Store Standards

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis (e.g. stock boxes, containers, gift set, etc.)

Ability to be on a flexible schedule on night weekends and potentially holidays in November and December (all schedules are created based on the needs of the business and will be communicated in advance of scheduling).

Hours will vary according to the store and business need (15-40 hours)

You must be willing to follow state/local and store COVID policies and procedures

You must be able to commute to assigned location

High School Degree or GED diploma

You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for hire

Ideal Profile & Skills:

Passion for people and business are key

Strong drive to build and push sales agenda

Effective communicator, who can build relationships and be a strong team-player with store team and Puig Sales Management

Excellent in customer service, selling, and educating

Past retail or customer service experience is preferable, but not required
