Trails End Taproom Colorado Springs is looking for energetic Seasonal Help that loves people, food, beer and the great outdoors.

We are looking for a summer self-motivated team player that is up to the challenge of working in a self-pour tap room. A passion for food and/or craft beer and educating the public to our mission is essential.

The ideal candidate is enthusiast who has a sincere desire to contribute and help build our outdoor adventure brand. We are seeking a candidate who is trustworthy, professional and comfortable taking initiative and acting independently.

JOB TYPE:

• Summer 2023 Season

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Open availability with majority of hours being in the evenings and on weekends

• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Valid Driver’s License

Optional REQUIREMENTS:

• LINE/EXPO WORK (Ability/desire to be on a food line or food expo)

• DISH WORK (Attention to detail and making sure everything is 5 star clean)

• ROAMING BARTENDER

  • Possess a “rock star” personality, as you are the first face guests see when they enter, and the last they see when they leave

  • Learn the elf-pour tap system inside and out, and be able to knowledgably explain to guests

  • Have the ability to multitask, as you may be checking in/out guests, may be at the wall explaining the beer or may be cleaning up the dining room

  • Ascertain and retain extensive beer knowledge, including all types of beer styles, and be able to understand the likes of a guest in order to recommend

• Maintain extensive knowledge of all other services offered, i.e. food program, outdoor activities (hiking, biking, running, climbing, etc)

• Foster an extremely high attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, on the tap wall, on the patio and in the restrooms

• Understand the science behind “the perfect beer pour”, and be able to coach a guest to do the same

• Completely adhere to opening and closing checklists and faithfully execute all steps/processes contained within

• Monitor alcohol consumption and be able to report to management when consumption for an individual is concerning
