Position Summary: Provides professional skills and knowledge in formulating logical statements of business and management problems and provides solutions to problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures and electronic data processing equipment.
Seasonal Hires are a temporary status and therefore may not be employed for a period of more than four and ½ months. These individuals may be hired either as full-time or part-time and must be a minimum age of 16 years
Position Key Accountabilities: Analyzes requests for computer services from various users to determine the feasibility of proposed systems and determine requirements for modifications and enhancements to existing systems.
- Analyzes simple new systems and enhancements to accurately address user requirements.
- Interacts with and coordinates users/clients to enhance comprehension and acceptance of systems.
- Assists with monitoring project implementation and production processing to maximize utilization of new systems and to ensure proper system processing of existing systems.
- Assists with providing post-implementation and ongoing support to users/clients to ensure that problems are resolved.
- Assists with testing and quality assurance reviews to ensure that programs and all work products meet specifications and adhere to departmental standards.
Certification/Skills: ITIL Foundations v4, ServiceNow System Administrator
Minimum Education: None. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently, and/or up to 5 pounds constantly to move objects
