This position is based in Framingham, MA

Primary work will include:
  • Creating new system records
    • Requires the Badging Administrator must be able to maintain accurate data entry via interrelated security applications
    • The ability to capture digital images of clients that meet Sanofi photo standards within advanced badging software
    • Familiarity and understanding of record protocols and requirements
    • Assisting with kiosk safety training
    • Cover general access and parking information.
    • Provides access on card when authorized



  • Printing Employee/Non-Employee cards
    • Badging Administrator must be comfortable with all print functions for the badging printers
    • Selecting and loading the correct card format for printing
    • Changing the printer ribbon, cleaning, troubleshooting print problems



  • Entering data updates
    • The Badging Administrator must modify records based on updates from recognized sources to keep data current
    • Processes activations, reactivations, deactivations, terminations, auditing, and merging/unmerging of records
    • Enter new company name, genera record changes and updates for Data Management
    • Tracks and records work completed for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports


  • Access Codes/Groups - Creating New or Modifying Existing
    • The Badging Administrator must understand how to create a new access or modify an existing code/group for area's needs.
    • Understands the impact of changes to the security system as a whole and how to mitigate problems for the client.



  • Passport Requests
    • The Badging Administrator must know how to correctly take and print a passport picture using the Passport Photo system.



  • Utilizing the Badge Change Request Page / Lost Card Request Page
    • The Badging Administrator is responsible for tracking and handling incoming requests via email and the badging dashboard


  • Connecting to Networked Resources
    • The Badging Administrator must understand how to utilize Remote Desktop to connect to various computers to assist with operations.



  • Modifying and Updating the Authorization List
    • The Badging Administrator must be able to track and update the authorization list to provide officers detailed information as to who oversees restricted areas within Sanofi.



  • Provides Reports and other Information to Managers and Authorized Owners
    • Photo Exports, Audit Reports, Access Reports, Access Holder Reports, Weekly and Monthly Metrics.



  • Filing and Retrieving Archive Cards
    • The Badging Administrator must be capable and responsible for filing returned cards into the card archive.
  • Outgoing Supply Requests
    • Responding to both local and non-local supply requests within North America
    • Check Calendar for daily appointments. Plan the events of the day based on the schedule.
    • Check E-mail and prioritize incoming requests.



Qualifications & Personal Skills:


  • Moderate experience with security practices, with systems and/or programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with all clients and outside vendors, of all levels and cultures within, cordially
  • Provides excellent verbal and written communication with the customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Team player, self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Able to be flexible, reliable and dependable.
  • Capable of maintaining customer confidentiality.
  • Problem solver and innovative thinker.
  • Executes duties and responsibilities with the highest quality and precision according to OJT, policies and procedures.
  • Microsoft Office, ProWatch, Security web application experience a plus.
