We are looking to fill an amazing AGM role for a Fast growing, multi-city/multi-state family owned company!!! Are you a humble leader? Do you lead by example? Do you have strong communication skills? The right person will assist the General Manager with running daily ops. You’ll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-55 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers. Our places are jumping –we work hard –but we work together. We are looking for folks that can maturely handle the stress of a busy shift and thrive while doing so. You’ve got to prioritize the experience of our staff and our guests.
