Snowcap Technologies is looking to add to our sales team an experienced and motivated Senior Account Executive that will sell product, professional services, cloud services, security services and managed services. The Senior Account Executive will sell across our wide-ranging portfolio of enterprise-level technology solutions. This position entails the ability to successfully prospect for new sales opportunities in the mid-market and enterprise account sectors but also includes maintaining and growing relationships within our current client base.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develops pipeline of new opportunities and closes sales opportunities
- Identifies and creates business needs with executive decision-makers, prospects, and clients
- Take over and maintain current Snowcap Legacy accounts
- Understands clients' needs and business requirements in order to customize systems solutions
- Develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
- Work with CTO at Snowcap on delivering the Snowcap message to accounts
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Self-starter, self-motivated and driven for success
- Someone ready to get back on the road and entertain clients in person
- Excellent sales skills, including successful sales over the phone and in-person
- Applied knowledge of formal consultative sales methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with a keen sense of verbal and non-verbal cues to engage potential and existing clients in person, by phone, or through other means
- Clear demonstration and articulation of value propositions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively relate and converse readily with others
- Effective problem-solving skills to obtain business solutions, such as to detect changes in circumstances or events
- Utilizes a collaborative and team-based approach for consultative selling
- Builds positive and professional relationships at all levels within organizations
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, courteous demeanor, and confidentiality
Experience
- 3+ years' proven selling technical/computer solutions at multiple levels, including network sales
- 3+ years proven Value Added Reseller and full Life-Cycle sales from identifying market
- Formal consultative sales methodology
- "Solutions Selling" Sales and CRN tool experience, preferred
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or technology
Other
- Driver's license and access to transportation to travel to current and prospective client sites
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling advanced technology solutions for Dell EMC, Cisco, HPE, VMware, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Nutanix, Veeam, Microsoft, Extreme Networks and other leading emerging technology manufacturers. Our technology practice areas include Data Center Infrastructure, Converged Infrastructure, Advanced Microsoft Solutions, Cloud and Automation, Networking and Security.
