Position Summary

Serve as the accounting and finance subject matter to leadership team assisting them in business analysis and planning.

Critical to Success Qualifications, Competencies, Experience

• Expert-level accounting skills and 10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance required. CPA and MBA or Advanced degree in Finance or Accounting desired.
• Experience in manufacturing setting.
• Advanced financial modeling and sensitivity analysis (design, planning, analysis, assumption testing, interpretation, presentation, consultation, and execution).
• Business metric development (financial performance metrics, goals, etc.).
• Long Range Business Planning and Analysis.
• Product costing.
• Accounting and Financial reporting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (financial/accounting topics/information.)
• Ability to create financial models as well as analyze/interpret and take appropriate actions.
• Cash management and oversight experience.
• Financial and Accounting Planning, Analysis, and Problem solving skills (Macro and Micro Financial Metrics, PPV). Capable of doing the analysis yourself (understand the details & inputs).
• Experience with international/global operations desired (laws, taxes, currencies, reporting, etc.).
• Strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve results.
• Hands-on leader with strong values, detail oriented and high organized.
