Senior Commissions Analyst

The Sr. Commissions Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and executing commissions for the Lion Street Management Team & Institutional Insurance Agents. This person will be need to have experience with compensation processing & analyses, revenue recognition, sales forecasting, and internal and external reporting. The Senior Commissions Analyst needs to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compensation and sales data in the information systems and be able to work closely with the Finance Department and other cross functional groups.

JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

• Lead sales commissions process for Institutional division
• Analyze and assess accuracy of sales data
• Reconcile sales data against commission statements and cash receipts
• Maintain and update commission database
• Prepare monthly statements for Institutional agents
• Provide commission payout data to payroll team for processing
• Collaborate with commissions analysts in other divisions and accounting staff to ensure proper recognition and recording of revenue
• Identify and define data quality improvements
• Provide valuable reports and insights on sales data to various departments and company management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ years analyst experience with commissions background
• Strong Microsoft Excel Knowledge
• Project management experience in designing and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to analyze data.
• Knowledge of Macros a plus
• Prior Knowledge of compensation structures or life insurance background a plus
• Attention to detail
• Desire to continuously learn and grow with our company

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
