Sykes is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative with experience handling high value customers.

Responsibilities:

· Act as advocate for customers in the service process so that their experience is best in class

· Tracking service scheduling and parts deliveries and communicate to customer

· Mitigate any delays in service process

· Coordinate with the support teams to address customer issues and feedback

· Identify areas in the service process that can be improved

· Tracking and reporting on the activity and results

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years customer service experience, consumer electronics experience and/or knowledge a plus

· Demonstrate good judgement and decision making in resolving escalated customer situations

· Able to determine when/how to follow process, and think out of the box when needed

· Able to handle fast paced environment with a high focus on the customer

· Able to handle multiple files and quickly switch priorities as needed

· Very organized and excellent time management skills; process driven

· Able to balance process with appropriate decision making to resolve customer issues

· Able to analyze a process flow and make recommendations for improvements/changes

· Able to provide feedback upstream and downstream to improve customer handling and processes “the next time”

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience using a CRM system, like Salesforce is a plus

· Experience with or knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus

· Experience with MS Office is required
