A Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategy company in the Westchester area has an opening for a Senior CX Manager to continue to promote our customer-centric service model while also establishing new avenues of customer communications.

The Senior CX Manager must be experienced with online products in a direct-to-consumer environment.

· Drive business growth by strengthening manufacturer and consumer relationships, and elevate the customer experience

· Develop communication pathways to support the prospect experience while in the purchase stage with the goal of increasing conversion rate to sale

· Communicates status, priorities, strategies, and success metrics to stakeholders including management and other team members

· Ensure the organization meets its performance goals and that there is alignment across the execution teams

· You will have the opportunity to develop effective and engaging learning experiences to propel a world-class CX Team forward

· Google Analytics, Oracle, Salesforce, and Zendesk platform experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
