Job description

The senior application developer is responsible to perform operation support for this enterprise application in the event of issues users may come across and work with the Business and Service Management (BSM) team at GGDC to implement changes and enhancements requested by the business area for the application. The developer will be called upon to be the 1st line of technical support for this application, and provide input on architecture design and changes necessary. Towards the end of the engagement, this resource shall provide technical transition to GGDC application development Commonwealth staff of the COSTA application to assume the role of this resource by the Commonwealth staff.

In addition to support the COSTA application, the senior application developer shall assist other application development teams as part of the GGDC shared model of support and will assist other teams in systems they support on an as needed basis.

Special Requirement: Resource needs to be Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) certified due to the nature of the data used within GGDC.

Ideal Skill set summary: MVC, SQl, Razor, Bootstrap, Jquery 3, Angular (not Angular JS), RxJs (Reactive Extensions Library for JavaScript), .NET Core

Nice to haves are: Angular Material (UI Library), Azure DevOps, Azure Git Repo

Salary: $30.00 - $76.00 per hour
