As a Senior National Sales Executive Sales, you’ll work to develop relationships with our customers and bring those brands to life all over the world. What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead the development and execution of collaborative business plans with strategic goals for key partnerships, category programs, and brand sales to drive growth and maximize sales opportunities globally.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers worldwide, working collaboratively to identify strategic direction, address problem areas, and identify opportunities to promote product growth on a global scale.
- Develop comprehensive Account Business Plans that include goals, key initiatives, major actions, support requirements, and new product recommendations for international markets.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally across the globe to drive growth for the category, customer, and the company.
- Collaborate with bottling partners and portfolio distributors worldwide to build sales capability, facilitate stewardship discussions, and enhance market penetration across all regions.
- Develop a direct supply chain strategy and initiatives for driving efficiencies across the Coca-Cola global Product Supply and customer ecosystem.
- Keep abreast of competitive activities globally and communicate relevant activities in a timely manner to ensure that Coca-Cola remains competitive.
- Work with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure that Coca-Cola delivers the full depth and breadth of resources that result in mutual benefits and drive results globally.
- Lead the stewardship routines with responsible distributors worldwide to measure and communicate partner activities against mutually agreed-upon plans.
- Activate Coca-Cola's category innovation across the portfolio of Non-Alcoholic Ready to Drink Beverages at the national and local levels in partnership with bottlers and distributors worldwide.
- Influence and champion change through the elimination of barriers and ongoing service issues to provide the highest level of customer service and drive growth globally.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Must possess at least 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.
- The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.
- Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers) knowledge of third-party supplier/contractor culture/core competencies is required.
- Knowledge of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships (specifically foodservice distributor suppliers) is required.
- Supply Chain operations and transportation expertise is needed, along with an understanding of transportation planning and management of DPU, Intermodal and Over-the-Road carrier network.
- Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results.
- Location: Seattle, Washington or Western US is highly preferred

Base Salary: $120,800 to $173,300
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
