We are seeking a talented Senior Paymaster to join our payroll team. This is a rare opportunity to work with an experienced team of entertainment industry payroll experts and make a difference to our production clients.

What can you expect?

• Manage payroll production process accurately within tight deadlines
• Review client timecards ensuring they adhere to all Federal/State and Union regulations
• Data entry of start documents, timecards, and verify electronic onboarding data
• Compile and review payroll reports and invoices for client's review and approval
• Assist, support, and follow up with clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Responsible for multiple high profile clients
• Motivate team members and identify training needs to provide coaching
• Assist with new hire training; liaison with Payroll Training Supervisor to provide training feedback

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience in Payroll/Finance or Production Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in the Film/TV industry
• Ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure
• Ability to train and mentor team members
• Accurate and acute attention to detail
• Tenacious, look for the solution not just be task orientated
• Assertiveness skills with a strong client focus
• Someone who loves a challenge
• Driven, friendly, approachable

SALARY RANGE:

$55,000.00-75,000.00
