As our Senior Quality Process Engineer, you'll support PTI’s success by:

  • Implement and drive a new quality management process within PTI
  • Measure and report on KPIs to senior leadership team related to quality
  • Assist engineering in the certifications required for new PTI products and maintain certification for existing products (CE, UL, CSA, FCC)
  • Work with ASSA ABLOY Global Compliance in maintaining GDPR compliance
  • Investigate and troubleshoot technical problems with processes and/or products
  • Oversee the RMA process and implement solutions to reduce the rate of returned product
  • Assist in preparation of MOP documents and update existing processes to improve overall quality
  • Support the development of software used in manufacturing process
  • Participate in reviewing customer escalations related to quality and provide professional response to technical support team

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Quality or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Technical or Quality position within an R&D or manufacturing environment
  • Possesses strong Quality Assurance knowledge and understanding
  • Familiar with the processes to obtain and maintain certifications (FCC, CE, UL294, CSA, etc)
  • Software programming skills in Python is a plus
  • Experience with Arena MRP is a plus
