We are looking for a Sr. SAP BW Engineer to support the technical/functional development and support of SAP BW/HANA IT applications. Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

What You Will Do

• Play a role in achieving the Data Strategy to drive business and process innovation.
• Able to lead blueprinting sessions and design sessions independently and be able to drive the implementation with development capabilities in SAP Analytics & Reporting tools such as SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP SAC & BOBJ.
• Hands-on experience in all types of ABAP development (reports, enhancements, interfaces, function modules and module pool)
• Experience in SAP Data provisioning/Replication techniques using SLT Replication Server and SAP Data services (BODS).
• Experience in working with Business Intelligence data visualization tolls with specialization on Tableau, Lumira and Power BI.
• Work consistently to refine and optimize the design of the BW/HANA/BOBJ solution, to make sure that it meets end user requirements.
• Required functional knowledge in Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), Customer profitability and Accounting (COPA), Materials and Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Order to Cash (OTC), Quality Management (QM), Project Systems (PS), Human Capital management (HCM), Procure to Pay (P2P), Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Knowledge on SAP Datasphere concept, next generation Cloud data warehouse service that built on SAP BTP.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 8+ years of relevant experience in SAP BW/4HANA, and Analysis for Office
• Extensive experience in SAP BW/HANA version 2 or earlier
• Well versed in usage of ABAP and AMDP (module) for transformation routine
• Extensive knowledge in data modelling, particularly based on the BW/4HANA concept.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as SAP BOBJ / Lumira is highly desired.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in SAP S4HANA or ECC finance related modules is a plus.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields
• Manufacturing environment with a consulting background
• Experience with SAP ECC/BW/HANA/S4/SLT/ABAP
• Knowledge and experience building the modern composable architecture.
• Experience in working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment.
• Data Governance, Security and Compliance
• Experience with Cloud Environment.

For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
