About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented web analytics guru with a passion for the numbers side of marketing. You should be comfortable working with data sets and maneuvering through the wonderful world of Google. The ideal candidate for this role is a quantitative problem-solver that makes sense out of chaos and infuses insight into the team. Success comes through the ability to adapt easily, learn quickly, and deliver meaningful contributions right away.

As a Senior Analyst on JustAnswer's International team, you will work to increase the growth of one of our most successful operating groups. This role involves extensive involvement in SEM campaigns while developing and expanding both campaigns & ad groups, as well as keyword lists, titles and descriptions. This role is responsible for helping to identify and drive opportunities that produce revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Partner with our US and International team, to develop, run and grow successful and profitable search engine marketing traffic acquisition
• Develop and expand campaigns & ad groups, keyword lists, improve titles and descriptions
• Daily reporting and in-depth quantitative analyses of actions to improve daily performance to hit quarterly OKRs
• Provide analysis and modeling on both engine and keyword expansion and volume expectations
• Assist with conversion optimization strategy and A/B landing page testing to improve performance across International platforms
• Maximize CTR and quality score across engines with a focus on Google

What We're Looking For

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Minimum 2-5 years of SEM experience including campaign development with a lead generation focus
• Experience with working with data sets that include +1,000,000 keywords a strong plus
• Consumer internet/software experience preferred
• Strong results-orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly, to organize, and to deliver in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Foreign language skills required (Japanese, German or Spanish)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Work Environment

JustAnswer US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations.
