As a vital member of the WinZip team, you will:

• Be the leader: earn trust and drive collaboration.
• Own the product and strategy: transform the product to delight our customers and align with company goals, focusing on encryption, SaaS, secure file exchange, DLP, and cloud technologies.
• Be the voice of the customer: drive product and customer analysis for strategic insights.
• Innovate, invent, and simplify – identify and build product-led growth loops.
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create product backlogs.
• Learn and be curious, challenging preconceived ideas and pushing the boundaries.
• Take calculated risks and have a bias for action: fail fast, learn, and adapt
• Think differently and find the best way to serve our customers.
• Be the product owner for the Development and Product Marketing teams, driving excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify new product opportunities.
• Be the voice of the product to internal and external stakeholders and clients.

What you bring to the table:

• A data-driven approach and extremely customer-driven.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a fierce desire to drive results and experiment with new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Raise the bar and drive the team to excel with each deliverable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments

What experiences will align with the position?

• Experience with SaaS and Enterprise software is a must.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based products
• Strong technical background and understanding of cloud computing technologies and encryption methods
