  • Collaborate with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment while adhering to delivery milestones.
  • Meet scrum and product deadlines and update according to internal customer and end customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand and document new features and changes to the software. This involves working with SMEs, including PMs, developers, QA, Training, and Services team members.
  • Create alternative ways to share information, such as tutorial videos.
  • Work in a complex, dynamic, and global environment.

What you’ll need:

  • Native English.
  • BS / BA Degree required - Engineering, CS, or related field and 3+ years of technical writing experience in a software development environment.
  • Technical writing background with an understanding of the software development lifecycle and deliverables.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical background, familiarity with both Linux and Windows Operating Systems, and experience working with software development teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with industry-standard documentation tools such as MadCap Flare and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

What would be very NICE to have:

  • Experience with NICE WFM or similar workforce management software is a plus.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience creating videos using TechSmith Camtasia.
