As a Server, responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are completed timely and accurately
• Providing excellent customer service to create a hospitable environment by serving food and beverages to our customers
• Assisting the management team in training
• Keeping a positive, team-oriented attitude with both coworkers and customers
• Maintaining equipment and keeping brand standards

As a Server, requirements include:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team
• Willingness to learn
• Be passionate about the food and drinks we serve
• Being able to stand for long periods of time
• Perform calmly and competently under pressure
• Must be organized
• Able to clean and maintain a sanitary work environment
• ServSafe certification required
• Basset certification required
