Responsibilities:
- Follow Heiser Automotive Group guiding Principles in every interaction with teammates and customers via doing the right thing
- Promptly and courteously greet all customers
- Perform quality control inspection during service redelivery process
- Clearly communicate steps on the progression of the repair process to meet expectations with customers
- Provide excellent customer service through personalized frictionless assistance
- Maintain customer satisfaction index at our above company standards
