Position: Service of Process Clerk
Location: Carrollton, TX
Salary: $17 per hour

Who we are looking for:
Seeking a dedicated, hard working, detail oriented individual to join our rapidly growing Service of Process team.
The Job:
The Service of Process Clerk is responsible for lawsuit delivery to process servers, service of process updates, service of process confirmations, and skip tracing for the Firm. The position is also responsible for the process of daily data imports form select vendors, which requires a high attention to detail.
A successful candidate will be:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with legal documents and terms
- Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with outside vendors
- Able to work independently, with limited oversight
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of legal office experience
- Specific understanding of suit filing and service of process procedures
