San Tan Hyundai is seeking a Service Scheduler (BDC Specialist)!

San Tan Hyundai in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly individual with an engaging personality to join our team.

As the Service Scheduler (BDC Specialist) you play a key role in our dealership’s Service Department. You will provide support to our Service customers by greeting them over the phone with a warm welcome and long-lasting, good first impression that will have them wanting to come back. Success in this role would require you to have a positive attitude, good work ethic, great organizational skills and excellent people skills; because ‘people’ is our business!

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay: $18.00/hr

You don’t need any experience – we will train you!

NO Sundays or evening shifts required!

Basic Job Duties:

· Answering and forwarding phone calls

· Reach out to customers in the dealerships data base

· Scheduling service appointments

· Filing documents and records

· Any other duties assigned

Preferred Skills Include:

· Flexible to changing requirements

· Handle variety of personalities

· Demonstrate the capacity to function in a team environment or individually

· Excellent Customer Service

· Must have open availability
