Job description
The Shift Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the franchise. This includes completing regular day to day operations and making sure that shift policies are being followed. The Shift Manager must adhere to company standards with regards to customer satisfaction, training of employees during the shifts, handling opening and closing store procedures.
Providing excellent customer service while running a cash register and assisting customers around the store while they are shopping.
