Responsibilities

Leading by example and uplifting your team members during busy moments in a fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you will ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences

Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained

Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security

Oversees the training of the staff

Models good customer service and acts as a positive role model for excellent customer service practices

Trains and empowers employees to provide excellent customer service

Resolves customer complaints in a courteous, businesslike and timely manner

Provides Store Manager with current and future hiring needs

Ensures new employees are properly trained on all aspects of the restaurant

Assists employees in greeting customers, taking orders and food preparation

Checks food preparation and dining areas for cleanliness

Provides clear, consistent direction and expectation to employees

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
