  • Our company is seeking to recruit a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
  • Prepares packages for shipment to customers
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize FedEx and UPS systems including batch shipments
  • Assists with coordinating the shipping schedule with production in order to meet customer's in-house dates
  • Assists Shipping Supervisor with scheduling and coordinating both Domestic and International freight and parcel transactions
  • Knowledge in preparing bills of lading
  • Knowledge in preparing export documentation including NAFTA, CAFTA, and other
  • Arrange carrier and customer pick-ups
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments
  • Assist Shipping Supervisor in filing claims on damaged or lost freight
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, and Word
  • Assist Shipping Supervisor in Inventory Management
