What You’ll Accomplish:

Our Shopper Marketing Manager will provide best-in-class marketing support to assigned Wellness Pet accounts and serve as the marketing resource to the retail sales team.

• Develop and create an in-store strategy that supports and enhances the corporate drive periods; displays, signage, training material, deal sheets
• Support distributor monthly promotions with displays, from planning to customer ship, instore signage (endcap headers, shelf talkers, aisle violators, window clings & banners), IRC/Sticker execution, Deal and Sell sheets.
• Create and ensure delivery of customer show support material (Booth marketing materials such banners, sell sheets, samples)
• Manage online product listings for necessary updates and optimized content.
• Digital advertising to support promotional work utilizing cross collaboration communication with team, monitoring lead times and development of digital tools for key accounts.
• Support digital platforms with content updates, offers and specialized advertising opportunities
• Manage CRM/Email platform that communicates to network of retailers.

You'll bring with you a a high-level understanding of unique customer and shopper needs to advance activation that fosters stronger customer relationships and results. In addition, candidates should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in business management or marketing
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience
• Passion for success and a readiness to learn and develop within a high-volume and fast-moving team
• The ability to travel approximately 5-10%
