Here is what you can expect from Visiting Physicians Association (VPA):

Compensation – Base Salary is Negotiable

Annual Bonus – $25,000.00 – paid out in quarterly increments of $6,250.00

End of Year Shared Savings Bonus

Excellent PTO Package

Annual stipend of $3,000 for CME funding – 5 days of PTO CME allowance

All licensure is company paid

Allowance for membership / association dues to one key medical organization of your choice

Company phone and tablet provided

Company vehicle provided + Driver

Malpractice and Tail End Coverage

Medical, Dental, Vision package + 401k with match

Qualifications

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

· Licensed as a NP in the State where VPA office located

· Federal DEA License/eligibility

· Geriatric training/experience preferred

· Active CPR/BLS Certification
