We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Information Technology team in St. Louis. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas of strategy and the configuration of Sitecore Experience Platform (XP) and Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC).
Responsibilities:
As a Sitecore SME, you will:
- Be a critical part of a dedicated and empowered team to fuel our digital and omni-channel experience and enable the high-velocity sales of shoes to our consumers
- Educate, mentor, and assist Content Authors in the strategy and usage of Sitecore capabilities to improve their businesses KPIs and to maximize our platform investment in Sitecore
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and UX designers on the Caleres Sitecore component architecture
- Research newly added and upcoming Sitecore XP and XC features and identify how Caleres can leverage them
- Collaborate with an end-to-end team of product owners, developers, and project managers to help produce best-in-class digital experiences and ensure best practices are properly implemented

Qualifications:
We seek people with the following skills or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or demonstrated experience
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales platforms, CRM platforms, Data Analytics (Adobe, Google), and/or eCommerce
- Basic knowledge of CSS and JavaScript
- Experience in writing support documentation
- Extensive familiarity with enterprise web content management systems, structure, set-up, governance, and best practices preferred
- Knowledge of grid-based framework (Bootstrap 4 grid and utility classes) preferred
- Familiarity with Sitecore SXA platform specific technologies preferred
