What You Will Do:

• Create compelling content to increase the company's awareness, grow our brand loyalty and establish our community
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop the best digital content to engage current and potential customers across various platforms: WeChat, RED, etc.
• Copywrite social media posts and responses to audiences
• Conduct marketing research in education related topics
• Grow and engage online social media communities
• Collaborate with team members to build a content calendar and organic content strategy for social media
• Analyzes and reports on key performance indicators (KPI) for social media channels

How You can be Qualified:

• The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, collaborative, and someone who can tap into trends and speak to specific audience
• BA/BS degree with 1-2 year of experience in social media marketing
• Experience with building audiences / online followings for brands
• Fluency across RED, WeChat
• An understanding of social media best practices and a proven track-record of implementing them
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required
