It’s an exciting time at Insa as we begin to grow into more states on the East Coast. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is ready to take on a position that will grow quickly with the company and be on the front lines of the action. This person is experienced in managing a wide range of social media accounts across different platforms and enjoys writing content that is enjoyed by an active online community.

Essential Functions:

  • Plans, manages, and executes company social media strategy across multiple accounts and platforms. This includes creating and managing a content calendar as well as facilitating the creation of content.
  • Grows social media presence across all social media channels
  • Oversees sweepstakes creation and management
  • Handles social media swag and consumer appreciation programs
  • Continuously monitors social media for engagement opportunities and appropriately engages with customers and other key opinion leaders
  • Monitors and responds to consumers questions and works directly with our customer service team
  • Works with other partners in the industry on collaboration opportunities
  • Works with design team to create planned content
  • Handles regular reporting and analytics, identifies insights to act on as well as competitor analysis
  • Also manages the TV screen displays in retail locations
  • Based our of MA but travel as needed to visit Insa locations in MA, PA, FL and OH

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field preferred
  • Experience managing all facets of social media brand channels required – Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.
  • Experience using Hootsuite
  • 3+ years of experience developing and executing social media strategies for large or medium-sized companies preferred
  • Must possess excellent writing skills with attention given to spelling, grammar, and syntax
  • Ability to work proactively and independently, to seek and incorporate constructive feedback, and to manage and complete multiple tasks on deadline
  • Experience creating relationships with micro-influencers highly valued
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred
  • Must be willing to have a flexible work schedule, including providing social media coverage on nights and weekends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Experience with supporting and coordinating the creation content for web, email or social media channels required
  • Solid presentation skills – must be comfortable speaking to stakeholder groups and delivering results
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with others and under limited supervision
  • Ability to switch focus and perform challenging tasks for different marketing practices quickly and comfortably
  • Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for working with data to produce meaningful reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a reliable transportation
  • Must be able to travel when required to different company locations in Massachusetts and Florida
  • Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations
