As a Social Media Manager, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our clients' brands. You know how to engage people, leverage monitoring tools for insights, and use that data to achieve our clients' goals. You will help develop the social media voice of our clients; schedule regular posts across social media channels; work directly with clients to inspire, encourage, and develop their storytelling skills; manage multiple client profiles; manage comments and converse/message with clients' social media followers daily; and position yourself as a voice of influence while following through on creative projects that help grow followers and business. Your duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
The Social Media Coordinator is an integral partner with the Civitas marketing team, responsible for creating and maintaining social media profiles on behalf of the company. You will work closely with other professionals within this space – including other digital marketing agencies and marketing/sales professionals - to ensure that all campaigns align accordingly with brand image while also being able to contribute to the content creation process.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator, manager, or director
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Hands on experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field
- SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics knowledge a plus
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and still have fun while you're doing it
- A positive attitude and team-first focus

This is a full-time position.

Days and hours of work: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm
