Job description
Summit is in search of a dedicated MSW to join our team.
The MSW is responsible for providing services to patients, families, and significant others including, as appropriate, completion of biopsychosocial assessments, psychiatric diagnoses, formulation of treatment plans and treatment interventions, therapy sessions (individual, couple, families, or group), implementation of treatment plans and discharge planning in order to support and/or enhance biopsychosocial functioning. The Social Worker also performs advanced functions including staff education, development, training, mentoring, project development, and administrative or supervisory responsibilities that advance the mission of the organization. The Social Worker can practice independently and without supervision as permitted by the State of Ohio licensure.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Masters' Degree in Social Wor plus a Social Work degree from an accredited bachelor's or masters' program.
