Job Description:
Shall be responsible for gathering requirements; configure, test, and maintain Knowledge Engineering database; create complex configurations, dependencies, test rules in SAP R/3; create test plan, test strategies, test artifacts; review test plans and test scenarios coverage; maintain test automation suite; write Python scripts for testing; install, and update HMI(Human Machine Interface) using UNIX commands; perform integration testing; plan and execute HMI system components, embedded systems testing; execute regression testing; generate test report; track and analyze defects, log CAN-BUS data; identify critical issues and root causes; coordinate for defects resolution, identify missing feature requirements; prepare weekly test metrics report; perform signals testing and simulate functionalities using CANalyzer; track and analyze log data for ECU diagnosis; verify user manual data; report, track and maintain defects using JIRA; publish test summary and sign-off project.
Skills & Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology. Foreign equivalent acceptable. Must have at least 5 years of experience as an information technology professional and 3 yrs. of exp in CAN-BUS network, CAN & MOST protocols, PuTTY, E-SYS, Blue parrot, Hades, JIRA, SAP R/3 Systems, HP QC/ALM, KMATs, HP QTP. Travel required.
