RSRV Power is an established, rapidly growing business looking for appointment setter’s to join the RSRV Power family. This is a role for an upbeat, highly focused, detail-minded individual, who loves tapping into the psychology of consumers to boost engagement and set our customers up for solar appointment with one of our amazing outside solar consultants.

Appointment Setter
- You’ll be responsible for canvassing assigned territories door to door
- You’ll be responsible for taking interested leads through our qualification process to see if we can schedule an appointment
- You will be working closely with our outside solar consultants to provide clear, accurate and up to date information on sets.
- Working through our CRM, and calendaring software.
- You'll be responsible for communicating through, email, and SMS with various departments to ensure appointments/reschedules are handled correctly.
- You'll attend team meetings.

Pay: $20/HR and/or + Commission pay
Requirements:
- Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required
- Great communication skills
- Physical ability to work on your feet
- Personal transportation
