This position works on a hybrid basis out of our Stevens Point, WI office.

This position can be filled as an Application Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior Solutions Architect depending on the skills and qualifications of the selected candidate.

  • Keeping up to date with industry and technology trends and changes. When appropriate, you will be diving deep into cloud solutions in AWS and services including AWS and Azure/Dynamics. You will be asking (and answering) the questions that separate fads from competitive differentiators across an ever-changing landscape of services and technology.

To be considered, a candidate must have the following:

• Experience designing, building, and supporting real-world applications.

• Demonstrate they can clearly communicate design concepts and trade-offs in design choices

• Be able to understand code and troubleshoot across programming languages. Our primary development languages are Java and .NET.

Ideal candidates would have experience in any of the following:

• Understanding of design patterns and applying them to real-world scenarios.

• Mentoring developers and software engineers, as well as developing training materials on technical topics.
