SUMMARY
The Solutions Architect (Framework Task Lead) will provide supervision, strategic management, and overall task management for framework development to support long-term community integration (nation-wide), while ensuring compliance with program requirements established by HHS & USCIS policy and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Architect business and technical solutions to address complex problem sets
- Provide expert level analysis of evolving requirements
- Independently documents plans to include technology, processes, human capital management and more.
- Oversee creation of a model that can be used for integration service delivery that can be replicated and expanded across communities to successfully engage, support, and maintain partnerships, on a larger scale
- Employ continuous process improvement to prioritize merging enabling technology, best practices with the community integration, creating efficiency as well as transparency and analytics
- Use expertise and analytics to identify and recommend processes and technology changes that can increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability
- Oversee development of interfaces with an intuitive ability to provide documents across a variety of devices and platforms
- Oversee provision of a services management platform that includes consolidated management and tracking of community services utilization
- Provide a Technology Roadmap to identify and gain consensus on the integration of new technology
- Oversees framework development team.
- Directs, prioritizes, and defines goals, requirements, and ensures product deliveries are compliant with program requirements
- Possesses communication and organizational skills, work well under pressure, and handle multiple projects at once
- Engages with and deliver presentations of work to sponsors and other external stakeholders.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
Supervisory/management authority required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of relevant experience. Experience preferred in business process engineering, system development, social work, case management, refugee resettlement, immigrant support, and/or non-profit operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must have experience interacting with a wide variety of contacts to plan and support complex project.
- Expertise in relocation and resettlement activities, as well as humanitarian support structures in state and local governments
- Expertise in system development including developing Technology Road maps for integration
- Must have experience conducting analysis of developing issues and providing advice in addressing challenges.
- Must have excellent oral, verbal, written communication skills.
- Skilled in managing complex, integrated work plans.
- Skilled in stakeholder communications and service delivery.
- Skilled in developing executive-level briefings and presentations.
- Ability to lead or contribute to the development of technical reports and procedures
- Must have advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Be self-motivated, positive, can-do approach and team player.
- The ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office environment.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
