Paradise Grills, America’s LARGEST Outdoor Kitchen Manufacturer, is looking for a talented, high-energy, and hard-working Sourcing Manager to lead our ongoing transformation of procurement, third-party risk management, and supplier diversity. The leader's responsibilities include implementing best-in-class processes, finding sources for new and existing products, negotiating pricing, and managing inbound logistics. This role is critical to the company's success, and as the company grows, this position will also be responsible for building a high-performance sourcing and procurement team.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Evaluating sourcing procedures and presenting improvement strategies to senior management for approval.
- Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies.
- Driving purchasing decisions based on cost, scenario analysis, and market trends.
- Negotiating contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.
- Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts.
- Estimating risks, applying risk-minimizing techniques, and negotiating contracts that comply with industry regulations. Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships.
· Possessing a focused, positive attitude toward achieving department objectives, contributing to the organization's overall success.
· Utilizing data analysis and trend analysis to develop and implement initiatives that continuously improve the value of your contract portfolio
· A commitment to procurement best practices, legal compliance, and thorough recordkeeping
· Identifying, researching, and proposing strategic sources for competitively priced market products and services
· Manage bid process, including developing supplier interest, evaluating contract submission, reviewing product or service specification, and managing the proposal evaluations and selection process. Make final contract award recommendation.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field is strongly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience leading projects and programs in procurement, supplier diversity, third-party risk management, or strategic sourcing
· Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and priorities
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills required)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
