About the Boulders Resort & Spa:
Wrapped around the 12-million-year-old boulders that give the resort its name, The Spa at The Boulders offers Premier Members and Resort guests a Zen-like ambiance with the healing serenity and energy of the desert. Within this 33,000 sq.ft. sanctuary, bliss-seekers will find two diverse wings. In the invigorating West wing, guests will find a 2,000 sq.ft. fitness facility which includes a yoga studio, large movement studio, cardiovascular workout equipment and weight training equipment. The east wing holds 24 diverse treatment rooms, Men's and Women's steam, a dry sauna, and Japanese-inspired relaxation baths called O'furo, and the Tea Room, a common resting place for men and women.
As a Fitness Instructor at The Boulders Resort & Spa, you’ll be responsible for instructing Wellness/Fitness classes and ensuring guest comfort, safety and enjoyment during classes. Your fitness class schedule may include aerobic exercise, Yoga, muscle toning, strength and endurance and stretching. As a fitness guru, you’ll be a pro at assisting guests with proper body alignment, equipment and safety of classes and cardiovascular and weight equipment.

A group fitness and personal trainer certification is required. We are looking for open availability.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of two years teaching experience in the fitness industry required.
- A college degree relating to fitness preferred (physical education, exercise science, dance, etc.) with a thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- CPR certification and basic first aid knowledge are required.
You'll be expected to:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate and work with a diverse group of people.
