Specialist, Talent Acquisition Process and Compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates subject matter expertise in recruiting compliance activities for system and recordkeeping standards
- Ensure compliance standards for the TA team, through weekly, monthly and quarterly review, audit, and follow-up
- Ensures PRIA compliance and execution through oversight and routine audit
- Identifies areas for improvement within the recruiting process and executes initiatives that enhance the identified process
- Implements and maintains programs and tools that build capability throughout the organization in selecting quality talent
- Implements and maintains programs and tools to support candidate sourcing, candidate relationship management, and talent communities that can support pipelining programs
- Manages large amounts of data to create compliance reporting for AAP, other compliance reporting, record retention, and candidate pipelining
- Monitors budget, creates and tracks purchase orders and ensures invoice payment
- Acts as liaison to relocation vendor that manages employee moves
- Provides recordkeeping on Talent Acquisition related contracts
- Coordinate activities related to temporary employees, including maintaining temporary staffing agency relationships serving as their primary daily contact, conduct phone screens on temporary staffing candidates, onboard temporary staff and ensure accurate recordkeeping of upholding to contracted terms
- As needed, provides candidate screening or recruitment coordination support
- Occasionally represent HA at career fairs, open houses and other community events
- Update and maintain accurate system records
- Other duties as assigned or directed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; or an equivalent combination of education and related working experience
- 2 years in a functional talent acquisition or administrative compliance role
- Experience creating process documentation
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Advanced experience with Excel and handling large amounts of data
- Solid understanding of federal, state employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to deliver effective presentations to various audiences
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Critical thinking and relationship management skills
- High proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to learn new applications and recruiting tools

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition team
- 1+ yrs experience with AAP and OFCCP compliance
- Experience working in an application tracking system
