We are looking for a talented, experienced Facilities Crew Member to complete our facilities & maintenance team at the Lodge. Our Facilities Crew works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure the property functions well, is exceptionally maintained and provides a great guest experience. The position includes support of ongoing maintenance programs as well as daily maintenance and facilities needs. This is a 100% hands-on role, with days spent solving facilities and maintenance issues in the field. The Facilities Crew role, with its broad scope and mission-critical responsibilities, is a key position at our lodge.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the operation and maintenance on Rush Creek’s and Evergreen’s Freshwater, Greywater and Blackwater Systems.
• Assisting with maintaining and installing various irrigation systems on property.
• Cleaning, monitoring and maintaining our beautiful series of man-made water features that flow throughout the guest areas.
• Mulching the many freshly planted hillsides that stretch across Rush Creek.
• Other miscellaneous tasks such as refinishing/painting projects, pinball machine repair, tractor operation, chainsaw operation and much more!

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

We expect all applicants to have experience in the outlined responsibilities and duties of the position although onsite training is available.

Preferred Experience:

• General Labor/Construction

• Full time hourly position starting immediately

• Room and board on site or off site are available

• Compensation is based on company pay structure and experience

• Extensive prior facilities training & experience (ideally in hospitality)

• Expertise with structured systems/processes

• Strong basic knowledge and skills in all hospitality-related maintenance areas, including, general construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, vehicle maintenance, winter maintenance, etc.

• Exceptionally strong trouble-shooting skills and general mechanical acumen

• Interest in an active, fast-paced role with ongoing, physical hands-on work in the field

• Room and board available for fixed weekly cost both Onsite and Offsite
