Job Description


The primary function is to sell event packages to owners and/or guests to provide sales tours for resorts located outside of Florida. Team members will sell and activate vacation packages for discounted resort stays and events. Activation includes manifesting the invites, selling vacation packages, booking the stay reservations, and scheduling the tour date and time.

Duties

  • Sell vacation packages to guests/owners in person and by phone as needed
  • Answer and overcome questions or concerns regarding vacation packages
  • Provide 5 Star Customer Service to owners’ guests & OPC’s
  • Contact owner/guests purchasing packages for discount stays through outbound calling.
  • Manifest invites using SAM’s system by entering all contact information and package details per invite.
  • Book reservations and schedule tour date and time.
  • Send confirmation and follow up emails for upcoming reservations.
  • Maintain a tracking log of tours and reservations booked.
  • Complete daily minimum outbound call requirements for department.
  • Meet or exceed the quota set for package sales

Qualifications


Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commission, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to adapt to change with processes and procedures.
