This position is for an established contracts professional. Performs analysis and generates contractual documents. Makes improvements to functional processes to ensure the organization's compliance and effectiveness.
- Maintain and organize Contracts Audit Artifacts.
- Organizing and maintaining information entered into contracts and financial databases.
- Maintaining files for each contract and all correspondence, amendments, clarifications, and other information related to the contract.
- Adhere to Import / Export Compliance Requirements.
- Reviewing contracts, teaming agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Ensure coordination with the customer program team.
- Participate in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements.
- Adhere to and comply with standard work processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Disseminate (flow-down) Customer contractual requirements within the organization.
- Builds positive relationships with all corporate departments and operational teams by maintaining excellent internal and external customer service standards.
- Manage customer interface and correspondence.
- Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with corporate policy.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Government Contracting
- Commercial Item Determination experience
