The Role: The Senior Director, Doctor Recruitment and Relations leads the team tasked with recruiting dentists to join our organization, managing their onboarding and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of providers. The Senior Director manages recruiting efforts which are directed at students at each of the nation’s dental schools as well experienced dentists. Each year our recruiting team successfully identifies and attracts 150-200 new dentists.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention of dentists.
- Manage and coordinate recruiting team on campus efforts at each of the nation’s dental schools.
- Coordinate online and print marketing efforts designed to identify and attract new candidates
- Address questions of potential candidates
- Effectively communicate the merits of a Dental Dreams’ career to desirable candidates by identifying and addressing factors critical to their decision.
- Negotiate employment agreements with candidates
- Primary point of contact for existing dentist non-clinical questions/issues
- Oversees the daily workflow of the recruitment team.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Professional recruiting experience/ideally healthcare
