Tesla, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Mobility Partner to join its in-house relocation program. Reporting to the Program Manager of Global Mobility and Relocation within HR, this Mobility Partner will provide support to Tesla employees and candidates relocating to/within the North America (NA) region. This position will ensure that the company’s global mobility practices and policies are compliant, competitive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide employee and program management on a variety of relocation types including international assignments, international and domestic permanent relocations.
- First point of contact for employees and new hires during their relocation.
- Provide SME level support and advice on relocation and assignment issues.
- Develop relationships with NA HR, Recruiting, and leaders to understand and address relocation issues.
- Reviewing and approving employment offers with relocation
- Assist in managing core Relocation processes and ensure consistency in process approach across the Company.
- Documenting Relocation processes and management of internal policy documents and employee resources
- Communicate program and process information and updates to internal stakeholders
- 2+ years of Relocation experience, preferably within a global organization
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to demanding clientele in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team and stakeholders
- Experience working with external service providers to deliver projects/services
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of exceptional ability
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft tools
