This Senior Project Associate role will support one of our automotive digital software product teams with planning and executing SaaS consumer experiences including tradeshows, dealer events, and summits, along with premium management. This position will work with both internal and external partners and clients to oversee the development and execution of events/projects.

Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Assume accountability for defined client deliverables, ensuring client needs are clearly communicated to internal teams, and that those needs are not only met, but exceeded
  • Build and maintain effective client, partner, and team relationships, ensuring that all stakeholder needs are heard, understood, and addressed in a timely way

Project Delivery

  • Work with internal and external partners to develop and execute excellent consumer experiences
  • Assist in assuring comprehensive results summaries are completed
  • Provide support for seamless onsite execution including digital engagement at tradeshows and dealer show activations
  • Have the ability to quickly learn and understand the "processes" involved to deliver automotive promotional programs and to consistently adhere to these guidelines.

Budget Management

  • Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring revenue of assigned scope / programs is captured
  • Work closely with Production Services team to oversee coordination on invoices and vendor payments

Project Management

  • Ensure that the highest possible project quality is always delivered, using:

  • Ensure that client needs are solved by the project deliverables

What we require:

  • 2-4 years' experience required
  • Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience planning a range of large and small scale events, where multiple stakeholders, internal, and external partners are involved; strong preference to experience in working with global markets
  • Experience with digital engagement, ability to project manage the development of branded digital experiences, as well as, the apps onsite including basic trouble shooting
  • General understanding of API's and Telematics, SaaS industry
  • Willing to travel up to 15-25% and work weekends if necessary
  • Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence.
